How will you make a difference?
As a member of the Quality Product Line group, you will be responsible for Couplers and you will report directly to PL B&C Quality Director.
- Define and ensure deployment and efficiency of Quality strategy for the Coupler Product Line
- Define, monitor and control the Quality in PL activities (Customer interface, Engineering, Project Management)
- Manage the Coupler Product QE team in order to ensure proper product Development process is respected and product specification achieved
- Manage the Coupler PQE team
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing Quality leaders and their teams
- Has the authority to stop and release the execution of any process/product/ Project within the Product Line. Lead the Product Development Gate Review together with Engineering Director.
- Ensure that Quality targets of the PL are in line with Transit Quality Targets and PL Objectives, and customers expectation
- Represent the PL in the Quality meetings with customers
- Lead the Coupler PL QRQC of all Regions, ensure proper reactivity on NCR management , ensure Hot and Safety issues are completed until issuing of LLC
- Attend Transit Safety Board and ensure that the containment actions are applied
- Ensure that PL Quality budget is aligned with strategy and communicate it to all relevant parties
What do we want to know about you?
- Several years of experience in senior quality leading roles, preferably on global level
- University degree from technical field is welcomed
- Fluent in English, other languages as German and Czech is advantage
- Strong ability to negotiate and represent the company
- To be ready for onsite work
